My {Bad} Habits During Pregnancy

I had told myself I wasn't going to become one of those girls who ate everything in sight when I became pregnant...and I tried not to {well, a bit half assed}. I also tried to be relatively healthy {I use this term loosely} for the baby. BUT I had major cravings for things that I cannot believe I actually ate {and a lot of}. Here's a little snapshot:
  • Hostess Cupcakes - these little guys were my favorite and the most long lasting craving during my pregnancy. I bought them by the box {or two} and loved having them as a 'before bed' snack...mmm...
  • Movie Theater Popcorn - we love to go to movies and when I was preggo we were going to a movie a week basically and one of the main reasons we sat through some crappy movies was due to its melted buttery goodness. I love me a big pop and a vat of popcorn to go along with it.
  • Hostess Pudding Pies - I hadn't had one of these suckers since I was living at home when after church we got to stop at our local Foodtown and pick out a "treat"...flash forward to four month preggo Katie and I was stopping at the gas station just to pick one of these up...seriously...it was embarrassing.
  • RF Oreos - toward the end of my pregnancy, this was my chocolatey snack of choice....dipped in a big glass of skim milk.
After allowing myself these little treats over the course of nine {ten} months, it's made it hard to break these bad habits post pregnancy...I still find myself wanting to grab a sweet snack before bed or find myself digging around in my desk for a candy bar that was left behind when the drag of the afternoon becomes too much, but I will not do it...

....at least not until my cheat day!
